Temporary Baby Room Assistant
As a Baby Room Assistant, you will provide a high level of customer service, help the Baby Room team achieve daily targets, and ensure the department is well stocked and well presented at all times. You will work as part of a fast‑paced and dynamic team. Till training will be provided, as occasional till work may be required.
Responsibilities- Customer service:
Assist customers face to face, helping them to decide on the correct nursery product for them. - Car seat demonstrations:
Assist with customer needs for car seats. - Product advisement:
Advise customers on products across the Baby Room such as travel systems, pushchairs, cot beds and mattresses. - Team support:
Be a friendly and helpful member of the Baby Room.
Flexible working is required. Stores are open 7 days a week; the busiest trading days are weekends. This is a temporary contract.

Qualifications & ExperienceRetail experience in nursery or customer service is highly desirable.
