Hours: 20 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible, 5 days from 7, 4 hrs per day

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Your day will involve supporting the management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, keeping shelves stocked, reducing shrinkage and till errors, and helping the team hit targets. No two days are the same.

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators, including sales, profit and service levels
• Ability to develop and improve the skills of others
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not mandatory as part of the role)
