B&M Retail Limited in Bournemouth is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and the store environment while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers daytime, evening and weekend shifts at our Winton store.
You will monitor the store to identify, prevent and report incidents, operate CCTV according to policy, support health and safety procedures and conduct investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud.
