We are seeking a talented Pensions Sales Consultant to join our Workplace Savings team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office, with locations in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Chichester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Manchester.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and driving growth and revenue for MMB. As a Workplace Savings New Business Sales Consultant, you should understand the pensions industry and have a basic knowledge of Flexible Benefits, Healthcare, Group Risk, and the Employee Benefits market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with internal and external introducers.
  • Generate new business opportunities from your introducer network.
  • Maintain excellent sales pipeline records using the designated recording systems.
  • Generate sales to meet and exceed agreed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage prospect relationships.
  • Contract with customers in line with the business’ standard processes.
  • Generate business opportunities for specialists within other areas of MMB and the wider MMC group.
  • Ensure that all business for which you are responsible meets the required quality standards.
  • Invest time and energy in your personal development.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role.
  • Ideally qualified to a minimum of QCF2 and working toward QCF
    4.
  • Proven track record of new business generation.
