This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bournemouth for a PMI Sales Advisor. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with tailored private medical insurance solutions, providing expert advice, handling inquiries, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. The PMI Sales Advisor will build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service to help customers find the optimal policies for their needs.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey information
• Customer Service and Sales skills to address client requirements, provide solutions, and meet individual and team goals
• Ability to participate in and benefit from relevant training programs
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in organizational and time management to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Prior experience in the insurance or sales industry is desirable
