Account Manager

This is a full‑time role based in the Greater Bournemouth Area. As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and offering tailored product solutions. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, conducting client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding Consumables Unlimited’s customer base.

• Strong client relationship management and account management skills to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to recognize and drive revenue opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement and internal collaboration
• Time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software
• Experience in the Janitorial & Hygiene or similar industries is a strong advantage
• Problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset when addressing customer needs
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
