Salary: £37,500 per annum + commission (OTE of £60,000)

Hours: 8:45am-6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

  A Proven track record in a telephone-based sales role.
• Drive and Enthusiasm: A strong desire to achieve and help others succeed.
• Leadership Potential:
  No leadership experience? No problem! We re looking for someone eager to learn how to develop others.

In this dynamic role, you ll initially lead a team of up to three Sales Executives while actively engaging in sales yourself. This hands-on experience is designed for a short period, giving you the chance to hone your leadership skills before transitioning to a purely leadership-focused role as your team grows. It s a perfect opportunity to kick start your management career with the excitement of direct sales.
