Telemarketing Executive - Customer Growth

Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs.)

• Generate high-quality opportunities through outbound calling to existing customers
• Identify and qualify prospects in line with campaign objectives and target profiles
• Book qualified appointments and pass sales‑ready leads to the sales team
• Build rapport with decision‑makers and confidently communicate value
• Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records to maximise conversion

• Experience in a target‑driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment
• Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow‑ups, callbacks and workload effectively
• Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications
