Telemarketer – Bournemouth – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

We’re supporting a growing and ambitious telecommunications business in Bournemouth looking to add driven and motivated Telemarketers to their expanding sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, whether you already have outbound calling experience or are coming from a customer service background and ready for your next challenge.

Working within a fast-paced and supportive environment, you’ll be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments for the field sales team, engaging with senior decision-makers across a range of businesses.

• Generate leads and book appointments through outbound calls
• Engage confidently with business decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities and gather key business information
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
• Build interest in products and services through consultative conversations
• Work towards individual and team targets within a sales-driven environment

• Previous experience within outbound B2B sales
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Target-driven with a resilient and motivated attitude
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000+
• Clear progression opportunities into senior sales positions
