About the Role

We are actively looking for an Insurance Agent to join our growing New Business Team at Highworth Insurance.

• Drive new clients and work closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.

• Experience developing and building relationships within the Insurance sector.
• Passion for excellent customer service and winning new clients.
• Experience negotiating terms and premiums with insurers.
• Tenacious with business curiosity to identify and explore opportunities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt daily to different challenges.
• Consultative approach with active listening, fully understanding client requirements and advising on products and solutions.

• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service.
