Hours:

• Basic 35 hours worked
• Tuesday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
• Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm
• Stocktake weekend once a year

Your role:

• To ensure that the showroom delivers excellent customer service by:
• Serving customers efficiently, politely and profitably
• Designing, planning and specifying bathrooms for customers
• Pricing the designed bathroom profitably
• Ordering and managing the products and working to the project deadlines
• Management of whole sales process for customers
• Use of CAD to plan and design bathrooms and kitchens
• Asking and answering questions effectively to gain knowledge of customer and their projects and to build good rapport with customers
• Preparation of quotations for customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of bathroom products preferred but not essential
• Sales skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
