This is an excellent opportunity for a sales‑focused professional to build a lucrative and long‑term career within the Private Medical Insurance sector, with full training provided and genuine earning potential.

As an Insurance Adviser, you will play a key role in helping customers find the most suitable Private Medical Insurance solutions for their needs.

• Managing inbound enquiries! No cold calling required!
• Conducting detailed fact‑finds to understand each client’s needs, budget, and medical history
• Comparing insurance policies across a panel of leading providers
• Recommending the most suitable cover tailored to each individual
• Delivering a consultative, customer‑first approach while meeting sales targets
• Handling all aspects of the sales journey from enquiry through to policy placement

• Target‑driven with a passion for sales and earning potential
• Confident communicators with excellent rapport‑building skills
• Motivated, resilient, and self‑driven
• Able to deliver a high‑quality, compliant customer experience
• Previous sales or insurance experience is beneficial but not essential

• £35,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE £50,000–£70,000
