Telesales Agent

Our client are the UK's leading luxury door and ironmongery company and they're looking to strengthen their telesales team in their Bournemouth location. You will need to learn the company products so will have to demonstrate previous experience of selling products. You'll be looking after the customer throughout their buying journey though to delivery so this is a perfect mix of sales and customer service. You'll also be converting online queries into sales wherever possible. The hours for this role are 5 days a week (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00) & (Saturday & Sunday 09:00-17:00).

If you work a day over the weekend you'll get a day off during the week. ?
