Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our Bournemouth Hub, 2 days from home
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
OTE: £65,000–£75,000, including variable compensation
As an Account Manager, you will own commercial growth across an assigned portfolio of strategic customer accounts. Your focus will be on expanding and strengthening relationships, increasing product adoption, growing contract value and securing longer‑term agreements.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across existing customer organisations.
- Improve Net Revenue Retention by supporting expansion, product adoption and long‑term customer value.
- Grow Annual Contract Value through upgrades, packaging and multi‑product adoption.
- Convert short‑term agreements into longer‑term contracts where this creates value for the customer and Hubexo.
- Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Run value‑led account reviews that connect customer goals to Hubexo products and services.
- Work closely with Customer Success to support renewals, expansion planning and risk management.
- Map stakeholders and build relationships across customer organisations.
- Use data, account insight and customer conversations to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, account activity and forecasts in CRM.
- Collaborate with the wider global Key Account Management network where relevant to support large ICP customers and shared growth opportunities.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Experience growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers and building trusted relationships.
- A structured, data‑driven approach to account management.
- Ability to balance relationship building with commercial discipline.
- Understanding of how to identify growth opportunities across an existing customer base.
- Experience with stakeholder mapping, strategic account planning or structured sales processes.
- Comfortable questioning, networking and creating opportunities through customer insight.
- Capability to work with Customer Success and wider internal teams to manage renewals, expansion and risk.
- Ownership of outcomes, not just activity.
- Experience in SaaS, data, insights, subscription services, construction, specification, building products or market intelligence would be helpful.
