Web Sales Advisor Bournemouth | £30,784 per annum | Full-time

We’re looking for a Web Sales Advisor to join an established and growing business in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert, tailored solutions from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
You’ll become a key point of contact for customers, providing a friendly, professional and efficient service while developing your knowledge of a specialist product range. Full product training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to build a career.

The Role You’ll be responsible for:
 
Responding to online enquiries and converting opportunities into sales
Understanding customer requirements and recommending the most appropriate products
Providing expert advice and suggesting suitable alternatives where appropriate
Managing customer orders and queries from initial enquiry through to completion
Supporting customers throughout the sales journey, including post-sale support
Ensuring customer requirements and specifications are processed accurately and efficiently
Coordinating deliveries and ensuring customer promises are realistic and achieved
Maintaining accurate records and clear documentation
Resolving customer issues professionally and effectively
Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve the customer experience and online sales processes
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance margins
Keeping up-to-date product knowledge to provide customers with informed advice  About You We’re looking for someone who has:
 
Previous experience in sales, web sales or customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A confident, professional and friendly approach
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
The ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team  Most importantly, you’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering an excellent service.
Working Hours 40 hours per week, 5 days a week
The role operates across weekdays and weekends, with working hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday–Friday and 9:00am–5:00pm Saturday–Sunday.
Salary & Benefits £30,784 per annum (£14.80 per hour)
