Summer Transportation Lead – EF Bournemouth Summer School
Fixed‑term contract June – August 2026, 6 days a week. Accommodation and full board available if necessary.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an empathetic, energetic, and organized individual to be the primary welcoming face for students and staff at EF Bournemouth Summer School. The role involves coordinating arrivals and departures, relaying activity information, and providing excellent customer service across multiple departments.
Responsibilities- Welcome students and staff with a smile and create a lively atmosphere for the start of the camp.
- Prepare and run arrivals, relay activity information, and deliver briefings to new staff.
- Communicate with the centralised transportation team, worldwide sales offices, and course leaders to plan the welcome of hundreds of new students each week and manage departures.
- Deal with student and staff queries daily, enhancing customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Share the emergency duty of the site on a rota basis.
- Team player who can lead from the front, be outgoing, and have great attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally working with young people.
- Passionate about customer service and providing quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
- All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references.
