Level 2-3 Qualified Social Workers – Long Term Conditions Teams
Full time 37 hours – Permanent.
Location:
Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole. Salary: £44,075 – Level 2, £48,226 – Level 3.
We are looking for experienced social workers to support adults aged 18+ living with long-term conditions, helping them live safe and independent lives.
Responsibilities- Support people with long‑term conditions to live well in the community.
- Work alongside individuals, their carers, and families to understand what matters most and determine the support needed.
- Diploma in Social Work (DipSW)
- BSc / BA Social Work (BSc/BASW)
- Masters in Social Work (MSW)
- Social Work Degree Apprenticeship (SWDA)
- Equivalent Overseas Qualification
- Valid UK driving licence and access to own car or reliable public transport.
- Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
- Disclosure & Barring Service check required.
