We are currently working with a well-established South Coast local authority seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Team on a long-term basis. Working within the CWD Team, you will support children and young people with complex needs, ensuring they receive appropriate services, safeguarding support, and tailored care plans to maximise their wellbeing and development.
