Homelessness - Support Worker

South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. We are looking for caring, motivated Support Workers to join our homelessness accommodation service in Bournemouth.

As a Support Worker, you will work with a caseload of customers, providing one-to-one support and building positive, trusting relationships. You will help customers identify their goals, develop confidence and skills, and take steps towards independent living.
