3) to join the Child Health and Disability (CHAD) Team in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole. The role involves assessments, working with children in need, on child protection plans and in care, collaborating with health and SEND, and undertaking court work where required.
You should have experience with children with disabilities, be able to travel across the BCP area, and commit to continuous professional development.
