Growing Space is a small, established early learning program on beautiful Bowen Island. We are deeply rooted in community and guided by respect for the child, hands‑on learning, and fostering capable, confident young learners.

Who You Are

A certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in BC
Passionate about child‑led, play‑based, and hands‑on learning
Interested in leadership and program development
Warm, organized, and community‑minded
Excited by the opportunity to shape and run a small school
Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
