- Prepare and analyze
accurate, timely financial statements
in full compliance with
US GAAP
. - Own the
monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
, ensuring deadlines are met and numbers are right. - Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial data.
- Identify gaps and
improve accounting processes
to drive efficiency and accuracy. - Leverage accounting software and ERP systems to
streamline workflows
and support automation. - Ensure compliance with
internal controls, policies, and financial regulations
.
- Assist with developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with
business goals
. - Monitor performance against budgets and provide
data-driven recommendations
.
- Work directly with clients to
manage financial operations
, resolve complex issues, and deliver strategic insights. - Collaborate with the tax team to
align financial reporting with tax planning strategies
. - Support, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff, setting clear expectations and helping them grow.
- Lead by example, promoting
collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
(CPA preferred but not required). - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
with strong exposure to
financial reporting and compliance
. - Proven ability to
manage multiple priorities
in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Expertise in
US GAAP, Excel, and accounting software
(Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar). - Excellent communication and leadership skills—you can explain complex information clearly.

- Helping create
better processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
to make the department stronger. - Supporting leadership in making informed, strategic financial decisions.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; or 10 years of relevant experience.
- CPA certification.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on financial reporting and compliance.
- Technical Skills
:- Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, including Quick Books
- Expertise in Excel.
- Leadership
:- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and lead.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
