• Prepare and analyze
  accurate, timely financial statements
  in full compliance with
  US GAAP
  .
• Own the
  monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  , ensuring deadlines are met and numbers are right.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial data.

• Identify gaps and
  improve accounting processes
  to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Leverage accounting software and ERP systems to
  streamline workflows
  and support automation.
• Ensure compliance with
  internal controls, policies, and financial regulations
  .

• Assist with developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with
  business goals
  .
• Monitor performance against budgets and provide
  data-driven recommendations
  .

• Work directly with clients to
  manage financial operations
  , resolve complex issues, and deliver strategic insights.
• Collaborate with the tax team to
  align financial reporting with tax planning strategies
  .
• Support, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff, setting clear expectations and helping them grow.
• Lead by example, promoting
  collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
  .

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  (CPA preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  with strong exposure to
  financial reporting and compliance
  .
• Proven ability to
  manage multiple priorities
  in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in
  US GAAP, Excel, and accounting software
  (Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills—you can explain complex information clearly.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you don’t wait for problems; you prevent them.

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; or 10 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on financial reporting and compliance.
• Technical Skills
  :
  • Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, including Quick Books
  • Expertise in Excel.
• Leadership
  :
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and lead.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
