This role is for someone who takespride in executing tasks flawlessly, not someone who wants to set the vision. I’m looking for a professional who knows how to follow through, stay one step ahead, and handle details without being asked twice.
Who This Role Is ForYou’re someone who:
- Loves a checklist andlivesby a calendar.
- Is solution-oriented, dependable, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next.
- Can anticipate needs and fix problems before they escalate.
- Is comfortable supporting a high-achieving woman of color with a lot of moving parts.
- Has no problem toggling between managing home maintenance, preparing for a podcast launch, coordinating a brunch, and keeping my calendar in check.
- Managing home maintenance and vendor schedules
- Coordinating personal and family-related logistics
- Planning and booking personal travel
- Preparing for family events, birthdays, and small gatherings
- Maintaining my personal and professional calendar
- Monitoring and following up on emails, reminders, and to-do items
- Coordinating business travel, virtual events, and appointments
- Supporting social media scheduling, personal brand tasks, and content posting
- Assisting with ongoing projects like eBooks, podcasts, and presentations
- Creating and maintaining detailed to-do lists with frequent check-ins
- Keeping things moving without needing micromanagement
- Acting as liaison with my internal team, vendors, and occasional clients
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or House Manager
- A natural inclination towardexecution over ideation
- Stellar time management and task-tracking skills
- Discretion, professionalism, and great communication
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Click Up, Calendly, etc. and/or a hunger to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once—without dropping the ball
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required if you bring the right experience and mindset.
