• Collaborate with childcare professionals and grow professionally

• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes and plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Provide quality customer service to children and parents on a daily basis.
• Maintain staffing ratios and ensure availability of classroom resources for success.
• Support the school’s commitment to a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification (preferred).
• 1–2 years of previous experience (preferred).
• State‑required pre‑service training completed.
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multi‑tasking.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to lift infants appropriately for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers.
• Background check eligibility.
