• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Posted Salary Range: USD $44.00 - $50.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
