• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and living a person‑centered life.
• Teach independent living and daily living skills, including grooming and personal care routines.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in social activities and community outings.
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and food shopping.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Effective communication skills with individuals served.
• Experience in a residential setting serving people with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other special needs populations.
