About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth with independent medical practices across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a consultative sales role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying pain points, and crafting IT solutions that deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate brings proven MSP industry experience, understands how to sell technology services, and can speak the language of healthcare operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and nurture new prospects in the healthcare and regulated industries
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and align them with tailored MSP solutions
- Schedule and lead at least two qualified prospect meetings per week
- Deliver customized presentations, proposals, and solution recommendations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
- Collaborate with internal engineers and leadership to ensure proposal accuracy and client satisfaction
- Attend regional networking and industry events to build brand presence
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (MSP experience is required)
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business
- Strong understanding of IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-driven, proactive, and resilient in managing long sales cycles
- Experience selling IT solutions to medical practices or healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, EHR systems, and healthcare IT workflows
- Knowledge of regulatory and cybersecurity requirements in healthcare environments
