You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, and ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• COVID‑19 vaccination

• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
