Since 2005, the agency has been offering community-based support services for individuals with complex medical needs. Services include supports planning, job placement, supported employment, and housing placement to help clients maintain independence in their homes. With deep roots in Maryland communities and extensive experience, Beatrice Loving Heart is dedicated to empowering individuals and families.

We are seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our team in Bowie, MD. This on-site role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, managing case management services, coordinating with families to ensure quality support, and supervising the staff to maintain operational efficiency. The Supervisor will also ensure compliance with local regulations, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance client services.

• Experience in case management, coordinating services, and client family engagement
• Proficiency in team leadership, staff supervision, and operational oversight
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of community support services, employment assistance, and housing placement
• Familiarity with state regulations and compliance standards, especially related to healthcare or social services
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare or social services setting is an advantage
