The OpportunityWe are looking for a President to lead the next chapter of a longstanding, highly respected home furnishings retailer in Central Maryland. For generations, this business has been a destination for families across the region, known for their selection of high-quality furniture, a design-led showroom experience, and white-glove service from the first visit through delivery. It is a growing company with strong operations, loyal customers, a talented sales team, and deep roots in the local community.

You will partner with a strong sales team, and you will take ownership of the vendor relationships, merchandising, and pricing decisions that keep the showroom compelling.

The business has a long tradition of local involvement and philanthropy, and we are looking for someone who wants to be a visible, engaged presence in the community.
This is a full-time, onsite role, five days a week, at the showroom.
