Epic’s Integration Solutions Engineers maintain the information flow across disparate systems, tackling new challenges every day. You will optimize the data connections critical to high‑quality patient care, collaborate with customer teams, enhance and support integrations between Epic and external systems to ensure efficient and secure data exchanges, anticipate challenges, diagnose interface issues, and fine‑tune integrations to meet evolving operational needs in diverse healthcare settings.
This role enables our customers’ operational success and empowers them to deliver better patient care. The top‑ranked health systems in U.S. News & World Report—including Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente—are Epic customers.
Epic is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, a city known for its rising tech talent and numerous community perks. After five years, you’ll earn a four‑week sabbatical anywhere in the world.

Qualifications- Bachelor's or greater in engineering, math, information systems, or a related field
- A history of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID‑19 vaccination
