Base pay range$15.00/hr - $15.55/hr
Pay and shift informationPay or shift range: $15 - $15.55 per hour + tips. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on factors including skill set, experience, location, and other job-related reasons.

- Proactively identify and assist guests who may need support during their visit.
- Learn and master honeygrow’s culinary techniques and skills on-site.
- Execute dishes accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Prep fresh vegetables, proteins, and cheeses.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Engage with guests and educate them about our food, brand, and mission.
- Adhere to food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
- Cross-train on multiple stations and assist in training new team members.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
- Must have dexterity to handle kitchen equipment.
- Must be comfortable working near open flames.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold areas.
- Must be able to work in tight spaces and communicate effectively in a high-noise environment.
