Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

The Home Depot is hiring for Store Support positions. Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $17.50/hr actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. They work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision. They must be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times while supporting store objectives and key operational responsibilities.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support store operations and customer service objectives
• Assist customers with order status and product inquiries
