Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who ignite excitement around products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and build lasting connections with customers. The role is a learning position that involves new employee training and the development of expertise in uncovering customer needs and recommending device and service solutions.

• Help customers continue where they left off in the shopping journey.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
• Find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans and services.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes and reference resources.
• Manage cash handling and store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and own the customer experience.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

• Competitive base pay (starting at $15/hour) plus commission.
