- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans and services.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes and reference resources.
- Manage cash handling and store operations as needed.
- Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and own the customer experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged.
- Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
- Competitive base pay (starting at $15/hour) plus commission.
