OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, results‑oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding, nationwide team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching a new CNS treatment and expanding the utilization of an on‑market product across your assigned territory. You will act as a catalyst for reducing stigma in mental health and maintain integrity and compliance while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage assigned individual territories to launch new CNS products
- Expand utilization of on‑market CNS treatments
- Act as a catalyst in reducing stigma in mental health
- Identify and maximize new business opportunities through an entrepreneurial mindset
- Educate and partner with clinicians and key stakeholders
- Engage in meaningful dialogue, keeping patients top‑of‑mind, while identifying appropriate treatment opportunities
- Operate and demonstrate a high level of integrity within compliance guidelines
- 2+ years of Life Science sales experience or strong documented sales results outside Life Science in the last 2 years
- Entrepreneurial, growth‑focused mindset that takes compliant initiative
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and overcome changing circumstances
- Insatiable curiosity that leads to continuous learning
- Strong ability to develop genuine, productive relationships
- Experience launching products
- Track record of sales success in portfolio selling
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
Annual base salary ranges from $83,000 to $94,500. Compensation may include company vehicle or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonuses based on performance.
