• Build and maintain relationships with families and business owners in the Bowie area.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is properly protected.
• Identify gaps in coverage and present thoughtful solutions that offer real peace of mind.
• Engage with the local community through events and outreach to grow our presence.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our outreach strategies and improve the client experience.

• Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
• Strong comfort level with in-person networking and community engagement.
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and warmly.
• Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
• Strong organizational skills for managing a diverse client portfolio.
