By joining our District 3 Accounts as an Administrative Specialist in Warren County, you’ll have the opportunity to provide administrative assistance to maintenance and construction crews while providing customer service support for visitors of the office.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to the section office staff and maintenance units
- Compile reports and summaries of budgetary information
- Provide timekeeping and payroll support to the section
- Help the section supervisor perform contract administrative duties
- Assist with reception of persons directly and indirectly through multiple ways of communication
Ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing on a keyboard
- General professional correspondence and retention of records
- Team oriented, able to work with multiple personality styles
- Public interaction skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively

Additional position information
This position requires sitting at a desk, walking to copier, bending to file documents, cleaning the office, receiving and distributing mail, etc.

Minimum RequirementsEDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
