Position Summary
The Workforce Analyst supports effective labor management by coordinating productivity analysis and preparing routine reports that help leaders monitor and manage staffing, premium labor, and budget performance. This role compiles, validates, and analyzes workforce and productivity data to identify trends and variances, ensuring leaders have the timely and accurate information needed for operational decision‑making. The Workforce Analyst works closely with departments across the organization to ensure consistency in productivity reporting, maintain data accuracy within workforce management tools, and support ongoing labor management processes.
This position plays a key role in strengthening labor accountability by delivering clear, actionable analytical insights that guide day‑to‑day staffing and scheduling decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
- Two years of experience in productivity analysis, workforce analytics, financial analysis, or related data‑focused work required.
- Proficiency with Excel and analytical reporting tools; experience with workforce or productivity management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
