This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bowling Green, KY. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day activities will include developing and implementing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Strong business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and revenue growth optimization
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, and transportation industry trends
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a strong advantage
