Job OverviewInfinity Pipeline Inc is seeking a highly experienced and hands‑on Utility Crew Foreman to lead our field team in underground utility installations. This working foreman position will supervise and participate in the daily tasks related to installing water, wastewater, and storm sewer infrastructure. We’re looking for a motivated leader who prioritizes safety, quality, and production while working alongside a skilled crew on commercial, municipal, and federal construction projects.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead daily operations of a utility crew.
- Communicate directly with the Superintendent and/or owner for updates and coordination.
- Plan and execute installation of water mains, sewer lines, manholes, storm drains, and related structures.
- Set up pipe lasers and ensure gravity‑fed pipe installations meet grade.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
- Track quantities completed and verify project progress.
- Submit accurate field logs, timesheets, and progress reports.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections.
- Ensure quality control to meet plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in underground utility construction.
- At least 3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment (excavators, skid steers, trench boxes, etc.).
- Proficient in reading site grading plans and using survey/layout tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate and direct the use of diverse construction equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and local/state/federal construction regulations.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs as needed.
- Full range of motion: standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching, and handling tools/equipment.
- Able to work in diverse and extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, dust).
- Full‑time | Monday - Friday
- Based at Infinity Pipeline Inc project locations; travel required depending on site needs.
