. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven recruitment leader to shape and advance the physician recruitment function within a respected and growing healthcare organization.

The Manager/Director of Physician Recruitment will lead the development, implementation, and management of all physician recruitment activities. This leader will serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, helping the organization stay competitive in compensation, benefits, specialty trends, and best practices.

• Oversee all aspects of physician recruitment, from strategy to execution
• Provide leadership and direction for the physician recruitment function
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities
• Develop and maintain metrics to track recruitment performance and outcomes
• Stay informed of market trends, compensation data, and best practices in recruitment

• 3+ years of physician recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of effective recruitment strategies and tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
