• Commitment to a long‑term career with the organization and strong team orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience working with affluent clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to long‑term career growth within the firm
