As a Sterile Processing Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, high‑quality surgical care by ensuring every instrument is thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, and ready when needed. Your focus on safety and attention to detail helps protect patients and empowers a team committed to the care and improvement of human life – one surgery at a time.

• Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards.
• Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly.
• Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs.
• Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sterile processing or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a sterile processing or surgical instrument recovery environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, sterilization equipment (autoclaves, chemical sterilizers), and related safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
