The Hospitality House at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky, operated by the Med Center Health Foundation, provides a home away from home for families and caregivers of patients with extended stays.
As a Hospitality House Host, you will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, explain amenities and guidelines, coordinate with hospital staff, and help keep rooms and shared spaces clean and ready for guests, using strong communication and customer service skills.
