Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bowling Green, KY or Nashville, TN, for a Hub Spot CRM Engineer. The role involves the management and optimization of the Hub Spot CRM system to support business processes. Key responsibilities include implementing, customizing, and maintaining the CRM to align with company goals, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, collaborating with team members to integrate the CRM with other tools, and ensuring smooth functionality for end users.
The CRM Engineer will also support networking activities and cloud computing environments related to the system.
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
Qualifications- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address issues effectively within the Hub Spot CRM system
- Proficiency in Networking and Cloud Computing to manage integrations, enhancements, and system performance
- Strong Customer Service skills to assist internal teams and ensure optimal CRM use
- Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and customize CRM platforms to support business needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Hub Spot CRM or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
