We are seeking exceptional attorneys to support our growing legal team. The primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and providing proactive counseling across regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other potential risk areas.

You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• Attention to detail, creative mindset, and strong communication, writing, and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience in risk mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial work. Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
