What you’ll do

• Develop and execute the factory’s digital, automation, and OT roadmap in alignment with site goals and global initiatives.
• Lead capital and digital projects with budgets up to $10 million, ensuring strong governance, vendor oversight, and risk management throughout execution.
• Senior-level technical leader and advisor on automation, digitalization, and industrial networking initiatives, ensuring alignment with site strategy and technical standards.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing to enhance operator and technician capability with new digital and automation systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading automation, OT, or digital transformation projects across large-scale or multi-line manufacturing facilities
• Strong understanding of industrial automation platforms and industrial networking concepts to guide technical teams effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
