Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Material Handler in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility.

The Material Handler is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have prior Material Handling experience, be self‑motivated, and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment. • Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Count weight or measure incoming/outgoing items, comparing information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other identifying records.
• Ensure product meets standards, is not damaged, or there are no shortages, and communicate with the shipper to rectify any deficiencies.
• Operate equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies required to move or reorganize storage.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly and safely with weight evenly distributed for transport.
• Drive company vehicle when necessary.
• Fill orders and issue materials and supplies per requests, document transactions appropriately, prepare requisitions and compute costs, keep records of storeroom inventory.

• Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to find information, document relevant information, and knowledge of computers.
• Ability to retain information and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

• Valid forklift and overhead crane certificates are an asset.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a production environment.
