Bowling Green, KY | Salary: $29.21 per hour

This production operator is responsible for operating and maintaining automated press equipment to produce high‑quality packaging products. The role requires mechanical aptitude, adherence to safety procedures, and teamwork within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Essential: Mechanical inclination, ability to work with late‑model automatic presses, ability to lift up to 65 pounds, and ability to operate in a noisy, temperature‑variable environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience on a central impression press is a plus.

Language: Read, write, understand, and communicate in English; effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.

Mathematics: Add, subtract, multiply, divide, read tape measures accurately.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Requires standing, lifting, bending, squatting, walking, and occasional climbing; exposure to moderate‑to‑very‑loud noise and temperature variations.

Starting salary range: $5,000 to $52,500, with potential for $5,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. Eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan, Sales Incentive Plan, and health & welfare benefits.
