Job Duration: 13 weeks

Hours: 40 hrs/week (Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Shift: Day 5x8‑Hour (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

Certificates: LPN Lic, BLS

Experience: 1‑2 years

Local Pay: $35‑$40/hr

Travel Pay Package: Weekly Tax‑Free Stipend $1,162, Weekly Straight Pay $560, Weekly Gross $1,722, Mileage Reimbursement $0.49/mile (resides > 50 mi)

Bonuses: Joining Bonus $150, Completion Bonus $150

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for clients following the client’s plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Monitor vital statistics and report abnormal findings.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client’s plan of care and assessments.
• Complete routines in collaboration with PT, OT, speech therapists.
• Maintain infection control policies, report communicable diseases or infections, and implement procedures.
• Accurately document nursing actions, communications, progress, and outcomes.
• Order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate amounts are on hand.
• Ensure all patient needs are met under physician instructions.
• Monitor incidents involving individuals, complete incident reports in a timely and accurate manner, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Ensure medical equipment is maintained and report faulty equipment to DME for repair.
